Ripon is a collaborative project I've been working on with Knut Hybinette. Ripon is a series of installations integrating an original video game with large-scale digital prints that uses the setting of a violent Dystopic society to upset the conventions of gaming culture.

Living Standards explores the allure of the American middle class lifestyle through objects of use and ornamentation that surround the home; such as the basketball hoop above a garage door, a green garden hose wrapped up around its’ hanger, and the lamp standing on the lawn near the end of the driveway.

The Criminal Us: Anonymous Confessions Juxtaposed

This project first installed at Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia in 1999 will be re-installed at the prison in the spring of 2009.

The Criminal Us addresses issues of the differences/similarities between the convicted criminal and the "average citizen."The anonymous written confessions from both groups are presented throughout the installation. Without specifically stating which confessions are those of convicted criminals and which are not, the implications of a label are removed, leaving only the acts themselves. At the end of the exhibit a table is set up with confession forms for the viewer to complete, thus adding his or her list of crimes to those on display. The exhibit will change as the number of confessions on display increase.

&L is a collaborative project with Christopher Ho that proposes a travel agency that arranges vacations for artists. Intended as a philanthropic organization &L provides artists with the type of luxury usually only reserved for the wealthy patrons who collect their work.
